Requirements
- Hands-on experience administering financial systems such as NetSuite, Ramp, Pigment, Ironclad, or similar tools.
- Experience with iPaaS tools such as Workato, including building and maintaining integrations.
- Working understanding of accounting and finance processes including month-end close, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical systems work and the needs of Accounting and Finance teams.
- Familiarity with CRM, CPQ, or CLM tools and their impact on financial processes.
- Proficiency in building reports, saved searches, and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with data management, including imports, cleansing, and deduplication.
- Familiarity with internal controls and system governance concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across connected systems.
- Collaborative and service-oriented communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administration of core finance tools including NetSuite, Ramp, and Pigment.
- Manage user setup, roles, permissions, configurations, workflows, and dashboards.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Legal, Accounting, and Finance teams.
- Build, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations between finance platforms using iPaaS tools such as Workato.
- Safeguard financial data accuracy and security through imports, cleansing, and deduplication.
- Build and maintain reports, saved searches, and dashboards for financial stakeholders.
- Triage system support requests and deliver end-user training.
- Support configuration changes and system updates under the direction of the Financial Systems Manager.
