Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing and architecting Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong CRM development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, plugin development, and custom APIs.
- Experience designing integrations using Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Key Vault).
- Experience with portal frameworks such as Power Pages, Sitefinity, Sitecore, or WordPress.
- Proficiency in designing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of data modeling, enterprise solution design, and integration patterns.
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring and supporting technical team members.
- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Architect or Dynamics 365 Solution Architect preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, architecture design sessions, and technical workshops to understand business needs.
- Define end-to-end solution architectures for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementations.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for Dynamics CRM development including plugins, APIs, and integrations.
- Design and deliver portal solutions using Power Pages.
- Produce high-quality architectural documentation such as entity relationship diagrams and integration models.
- Mentor technical team members through code reviews and architectural guidance.
- Support implementation, data migration, and CI/CD pipeline automation via Azure DevOps.
