Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar software development role.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering end-to-end solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization, data modeling, business logic, and solution architecture.
- Proven experience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, custom connectors, and Azure services.
- Experience developing AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies such as AI Builder, Copilot, or Azure AI services.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and source control.
- Advanced programming skills in C# and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Microsoft PL-400 Power Platform Developer Associate certification is required.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support complex solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365.
- Build advanced platform extensions using C# and JavaScript/TypeScript, including plugins, custom workflows, form logic, and PCF controls.
- Design and manage integrations with external systems through REST APIs, custom connectors, JSON, OAuth, and Azure services.
- Contribute to application lifecycle management, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and multi-environment management.
- Partner with business stakeholders, analysts, and solution architects to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Develop and promote technical best practices, documentation, code quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in peer reviews and provide mentorship and technical guidance to other developers.
- Explore and implement AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies to improve automation, efficiency, and business capabilities.
