Requirements
- Direct experience with red teaming production software, including personally proving exploitable vulnerabilities.
- Proven experience building AI-driven tooling for vulnerability discovery, such as agentic harnesses, LLM-assisted pipelines, or automated exploit generation.
- Experience applying formal methods and reading proof artifacts in at least one of: Lean, Rocq, F*, Dafny, or Verus/Rust.
- Demonstrated depth in a systems domain such as network protocols, OS internals, cryptography, or AI infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in software development with Python, C++, or Rust.
- Experience producing formal security assessment reports for technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver work to fixed external schedules with defined acceptance criteria.
- Experience in the ethical reporting of vulnerabilities (Vulnerability Disclosure).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate specifications, designs, and proofs to distinguish between established security properties and assumptions.
- Develop AI-driven discovery and triage systems to maximize target coverage.
- Conduct red-team evaluations on production software to demonstrate exploitable vulnerabilities.
- Document assessment findings, including formal properties, threat models, and underlying assumptions for expert review.
- Advance team methodology through internal presentations, blog posts, and open-source tooling contributions.
