Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related programs) or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an object-oriented programming (OOP) language.
- Proficiency in Python is preferred.
- Passionate about CI/CD pipelines.
- Previous experience using cloud resources (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Comfortable developing in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Experience with shell scripting.
- Experience working on a team distributed across time zones.
- Ability to get familiar with and improve existing codebases and tools.
Responsibilities
- Write software that scales to support the build, test, and release of Firefox.
- Collaborate with senior+ engineers to improve the developer experience and implement these improvements.
- Work within a geographically-distributed development team across North America and Europe.
- Collaborate with others by requesting and providing code reviews.
- Respond to critical service outages during normal working hours.
