Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- 1-2 years of project finance transaction experience at a developer, investment bank, lender, or investor; OR relevant degree with financial modeling course completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including project financial modeling.
- Ability to manage large projects with multiple stakeholders on tight timelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Tax equity modeling experience (plus).
- Specific experience in energy storage, renewables, or gas (plus).
Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of debt and tax equity financing transactions, including due diligence and preparation of marketing materials.
- Manage project financial models throughout the project lifecycle, including development, construction, and operations.
- Support creation of dashboards, reports, and analytics for senior management and investors.
- Analyze macroeconomic and ISO-level trends to assess portfolio viability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on PPA pricing, project design optimization, and contract negotiations.
