Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing organizations, ideally in Cybersecurity.
- 8+ years of experience in email marketing and customer lifecycle marketing, including leadership roles.
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot and/or Marketo).
- Expertise in data segmentation and list management using behavioral and firmographic data.
- Experience partnering with Customer Success organizations to deliver lifecycle programs.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or equivalent BI platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect email programs to pipeline and revenue.
- Proven cross-functional influence and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Demonstrated experience in people leadership, coaching, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve email marketing strategy across prospect, trial, customer onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion stages.
- Build post-sale customer lifecycle and nurture programs to improve onboarding, product adoption, and retention metrics.
- Design platform expansion and feature-adoption campaigns based on customer usage and needs.
- Partner with RevOps on customer health scoring and expansion-signal detection.
- Develop multi-touch nurture programs to accelerate pipeline velocity.
- Leverage generative AI for content generation, testing, and optimization.
- Collaborate on campaign planning and A/B testing frameworks to improve conversion.
- Define and report on email marketing KPIs including pipeline influenced and churn contribution.
