Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical development experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience developing integrations, extensions, reports, and technical solutions within Oracle Fusion.
- Proficiency with Oracle Visual Builder, REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI/HCM Data loader processes.
- Experience using ATP or PaaS DB for managing custom reporting data layers.
- Background supporting L2/L3 production environments with incident and problem management processes.
- Ability to create technical design documentation and integration specifications.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting web services, APIs, and file-based data transformation processes.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance, ITGC controls, and ERP change management practices.
- Familiarity with Oracle AI Agent Studio.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 and L3 technical support for incident and problem management within the Oracle Fusion ERP environment.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and data extracts across GL, AP, AR, and Procurement modules.
- Manage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) break-fix support, monitoring, and new integration development.
- Partner with functional analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment documentation.
- Support financial operations for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles by resolving performance bottlenecks.
- Execute root cause analysis and validation testing for quarterly Oracle releases.
- Collaborate on enterprise integrations and ensure adherence to ITGC and SOX compliance standards.
