Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical development experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience developing integrations, extensions, reports, and technical solutions within Oracle Fusion.
- Proficiency with Oracle Visual Builder, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and HCM Data Loader processes.
- Experience with ATP or PaaS DB for managing integration payloads and custom reporting data layers.
- Experience supporting L2/L3 production environments using documented incident management processes.
- Ability to create technical design documentation and integration specifications.
- Experience troubleshooting web services, APIs, and file-based integrations.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance, ITGC controls, and ERP change management practices.
- Familiarity with Oracle AI Agent Studio.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 and L3 technical support, including incident resolution, bug fixes, and system enhancements for the Oracle Fusion ERP environment.
- Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports, dashboards, and data extracts for GL, AP, AR, and Procurement modules.
- Manage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) monitoring, troubleshooting, and new integration development.
- Partner with functional analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment documentation.
- Support financial operations by resolving performance bottlenecks during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles.
- Execute root cause analysis, technical testing, and validation for quarterly Oracle releases.
- Ensure technical changes comply with ITGC, SOX, and change management requirements.
