Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in database development, data extraction, or administration supporting enterprise HR systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HRMS (Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR) or Oracle E-Business Suite HCM (concurrent programs, PL/SQL packages).
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills, specifically for large HR database environments.
- Experience mapping legacy HR schemas and data structures to target systems.
- Knowledge of HR data domains including demographics, job history, compensation, and benefits.
- Experience with data validation, profiling, and reconciliation procedures.
- Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies and iterative migration approaches.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop SQL and PL/SQL extraction programs to export employee data from PeopleSoft HRMS and Oracle EBS HCM.
- Analyze legacy schemas and configurations to map data to Oracle Fusion HCM Data Loader (HDL) formats.
- Build automated, repeatable extraction routines using PeopleSoft Application Designer and Application Engine.
- Develop Oracle EBS concurrent programs and packages to support HR, payroll, and benefits data exports.
- Perform data profiling, quality assessments, and validation using SQR reports and queries to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain extraction environments, including schema refreshes and performance tuning for high-volume exports.
- Collaborate with agency administrators and stakeholders to manage migration scope, dependencies, and cutover activities.
- Document technical decisions, mapping specifications, and procedures per SAFe Agile standards.
