Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow Suite (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident, Knowledge Base)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competency with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, and ITIL/ITSM
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum project teams
- Experience with system/software engineering lifecycle principles
- Experience translating requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Ability to work with large data sets and perform data analysis/modeling
- Strong communication and listening skills
- ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) preferred
Responsibilities
- Work independently and as a technical team member
- Support multiple ServiceNow instances and domains
- Manage development work using Agile/Scrum methodology
- Advise functional and admin teams on design, development, and ServiceNow best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business and systems requirements
- Solution and develop enhancements for existing ServiceNow applications
- Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities
- Facilitate the rollout of new applications and enhancements
- Analyze system performance and implement enhancements
