Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow Suite (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident, Knowledge Base).
- Proven development experience outside of ServiceNow with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated competency with ITIL/ITSM, Asset and Configuration Management, and PMP/PRINCE2 practices.
- Experience working in project teams leveraging Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of software engineering lifecycle principles and translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working with large data sets and data analysis/modeling.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom applications in ServiceNow.
- Provide architectural input and maintain platform stability through adherence to development standards.
- Collaborate with business, systems, and technology partners to develop business and systems requirements.
- Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
- Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities.
- Facilitate the rollout of new applications and enhancements.
- Analyze system performance and implement performance enhancements.
- Advise functional and admin teams on design and development best practices.
