Requirements
- 1+ years of experience supporting SaaS CRM onboarding and training in a virtual and/or on-site environment.
- Strong focus on customer onboarding best practices.
- Ability to serve as the primary contact between internal and external stakeholders.
- Organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and goals.
- Strong technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and understand new software products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel for reviewing and troubleshooting customer data import files.
- Ability to stay current with emerging AI capabilities and apply them through hands-on building.
Responsibilities
- Manage the customers’ Getting Started Journey.
- Own the 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure learning content understanding.
- Assist customers with value recognition in their purchased platform(s).
- Act as a point of contact throughout the Customer Getting Started Journey.
- Manage customer hand-offs between internal Bloomerang teams.
