Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in QA automation.
- Strong expertise in web and backend/API testing.
- Demonstrated experience designing and building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks like PlaywrightJS, PuppeteerJS, or WebdriverIO.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, particularly Claude.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript programming concepts (event loop, asynchronous execution).
- Extensive experience with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket CI/CD).
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
- Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or above.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable test automation frameworks from the ground up.
- Assess existing automation suites and lead their migration to Playwright and other modern technologies.
- Develop automated functional UI, API, and service-level tests.
- Integrate automated testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines.
- Define automation frameworks, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Leverage AI development tools like Claude to accelerate test-script creation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with distributed teams while maintaining four hours of overlap with Central US time.
