Requirements
- Proven experience combining software engineering with business analysis, product management, or a similar business-facing technical discipline.
- Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants or AI-powered development platforms (e.g., Replit, Lovable).
- Strong architectural judgment with the ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated code.
- Strong full-stack knowledge covering frontend and backend architectures, SQL/NoSQL databases, and API integrations.
- Experience building or optimizing business applications (CRM, project management, or workflow automation).
- Ability to design systems with a long-term perspective for scalability.
- Strong understanding of business processes and translation of requirements into technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for bridging technical execution and business stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities
- Design and oversee custom business applications, including CRM platforms, project management tools, and data integration layers.
- Translate complex business processes, documentation, and requirements into functional and scalable digital solutions.
- Lead AI-assisted software development using platforms such as Replit Agent/Builder, ensuring solutions meet architecture and security standards.
- Apply architectural judgment to evaluate, refine, and redesign AI-generated code.
- Design integration strategies to manage project lifecycles and enable data handoffs into legacy systems.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance through infrastructure management and quality assurance.
- Establish technical best practices to support repeatable delivery.
- Identify, hire, and mentor developers to build a high-performing team.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into technical solutions.
