Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8-12 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance for distributed systems and microservices.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for frontend testing.
- Hands-on experience testing REST or GraphQL APIs using Postman, RestAssured, or Locust.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, software development lifecycle, and continuous testing.
- Experience managing full release cycles.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Git, TestRail, and Jira.
- Proactive experience using AI-powered tools like Augment, Cursor, or Gemini.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Review technical design documents and API specifications to provide feedback on testability and edge cases.
- Define and drive automation strategy for new feature releases in partnership with leadership.
- Design and execute test cases for frontend and backend systems using AI-powered tools.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks for RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Enforce QA best practices, coding standards, and rigorous code review processes.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and track bugs using AI tools for root cause analysis.
- Own the continuous testing portion of the CI/CD pipeline.
