Requirements
- Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
- Basic proficiency in Python for scripting, prototyping, and demo building.
- Strong understanding of API integration principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for summarizing complex technical concepts.
- Technical aptitude to quickly master voice and audio AI model applications.
- Strategic and commercial awareness regarding deal structures and go-to-market motions.
- Fluency in English.
- Deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances within the DACH market.
- Experience identifying and building relationships with system integrators and partners (Nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to identify and solve critical audio and voice AI pain points.
- Build and lead a team of forward-deployed engineers within the region.
- Identify relevant use cases and collaborate with engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology.
- Design and architect bespoke integrations to ensure seamless technology deployment.
- Guide customers on best practices to maximize the effectiveness of AI models.
- Present technical proposals and results to C-suite and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal research and product teams to refine software based on field insights.
- Build and deliver compelling product demos to prospective and existing clients.
- Scope applications for new industries to drive global market expansion.
- Take full ownership of end-to-end execution for high-impact strategic projects.
