Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills for investigating complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with applied AI use cases such as model inference, fine-tuning, and LLMs.
- Proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, or PyTorch).
- Familiarity with JavaScript/React/Node.js and Go.
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Ubuntu, Docker, SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Understanding of server hardware, networking, and protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, DNS).
- Experience deploying and managing AI/ML models as services or APIs.
- Ability to write scripts, queries, and interpret code logs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in customer and sales meetings, provide architectural recommendations, and develop proof-of-concept solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration, performance, and code-related customer issues.
- Investigate technical issues using code analysis, scripting, and log analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated tickets and improve platform performance.
- Capture customer feedback and recurring technical challenges to inform product priorities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base materials.
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions and demonstrations for customers and partners.
