Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, application development, or automation.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or comparable languages.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI and LLM-based applications in production environments.
- Solid experience with REST APIs, databases, Git, cloud platforms, and modern software development practices.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with RAG, AI agents, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering (preferred).
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or MCP frameworks (advantageous).
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Docker and CI/CD practices (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate needs into technical solutions.
- Rapidly prototype, develop, validate, and deploy AI-powered applications.
- Build solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, APIs, and automation.
- Drive AI initiatives from concept through production deployment and continuous improvement.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Demonstrate solutions to users, gather feedback, and iterate based on real-world requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, cloud, security, and DevOps teams to productionize AI solutions.
- Develop reusable AI components, technical patterns, and frameworks for future projects.
