Requirements
- Active CPA license.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience in public accounting (Big 4 or national firm).
- Experience in in-house SEC reporting at a publicly traded company.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Hands-on experience preparing SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K).
- Experience with footnote drafting, tie-out, and XBRL tagging in Workiva.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite or a comparable ERP.
- Familiarity with SOX and internal controls over financial reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Form 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules.
- Help build the external reporting calendar, templates, and documentation.
- Support the SOX initiative through the design, documentation, and implementation of internal controls.
- Own the PBC rollforward and end-to-end management process for external auditors.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to source disclosure inputs and improve reporting systems.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects.
