Requirements
- Proven experience as a top 10% individual contributor in SMB or complex sales environments.
- 1-2+ years of experience as a sales manager preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger, or MEDDICC.
- Strong deal strategy experience managing longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and succeed in a remote environment.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and technical communication skills.
- Proven track record of recruiting, mentoring, and elevating top sales talent.
- Demonstrated ability to lead during periods of change or performance pressure.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of 8-12 Account Executives.
- Operate as a sales coach by reviewing calls and pipeline to elevate individual rep performance.
- Own team performance against pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Drive disciplined pipeline management and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and RevOps to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Reinforce sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDICC, and GAP.
