Requirements
- Proven experience building, shipping, and supporting a real production mobile application.
- Demonstrated expertise in mobile growth, A/B testing, or conversion optimization.
- Practical experience with product ownership or managing product lifecycles.
- Strong engineering fundamentals including APIs, data modeling, testing, and debugging.
- Experience with Flutter/Dart, TypeScript/NestJS, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of App Store or Google Play subscription models, paywalls, and payment flows.
- Ability to work across the stack, including mobile, backend, and data analytics.
- Capacity to form, test, and validate hypotheses using evidence.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Build, ship, and improve Pebble’s mobile applications.
- Identify and resolve friction across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization.
- Convert product questions into improvements, prototypes, A/B tests, and other experiments.
- Analyze product and user data to guide build decisions.
- Define success measures, analyze results, and act on evidence.
- Work directly with founders and product leadership to set strategy.
- Balance high-quality engineering with the speed required for experimentation.
