Requirements
- 4–8 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong TypeScript expertise (generics, strict mode, modern practices).
- Production experience with React and Next.js (SSR, API routes, performance).
- Strong Node.js backend development skills (REST APIs, authentication, middleware).
- Hands-on experience with Prisma ORM and PostgreSQL.
- Strong Git expertise with clean commit and branching practices.
- Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
- Strong architectural thinking and ability to design maintainable systems.
- Highly autonomous and self-motivated work style.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with healthcare SaaS, billing, EHR, or HIPAA is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with FHIR/HL7, SSE/WebSockets, or multi-tenant security (RBAC) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain production-grade full-stack SaaS applications and platform capabilities.
- Take end-to-end ownership of major application subsystems, progressing quickly from onboarding to independent ownership.
- Build scalable frontend experiences using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Develop robust Node.js backend services including REST APIs, authentication, and background processing.
- Design and maintain PostgreSQL databases using Prisma, ensuring query optimization and schema integrity.
- Contribute to complex healthcare platform capabilities such as billing, claims, and EHR/FHIR integrations.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools daily while validating output to maintain high code standards.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to shape architecture and technical priorities.
