Requirements
- 13+ years of progressive experience in communications with a focus on health PR
- Minimum 5 years in an executive leadership role
- Deep expertise in life sciences, biotech, pharma, digital health, or medtech
- Proven success managing large client portfolios and multi-stakeholder accounts
- Exceptional media relations skills with established network of health and science press
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical data into strategic storytelling
- Experience leading integrated campaigns (PR, digital, social, influencer)
- Familiarity with FDA/regulatory communications considerations
- Experience with patient advocacy engagement and health equity communications
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior strategic counsel for clients with account revenue oversight
- Develop and execute innovative, results-driven communications strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
- Lead Key Opinion Leader engagement strategies and patient-centric communications campaigns
- Navigate FDA/regulatory communications environments with sound judgment
- Spearhead new business development efforts and pitch new clients
- Translate complex clinical data and scientific research into clear narratives
- Mentor, coach, and develop account teams to maximize potential
