Job Details

7+ years of experience across managed services, IT consulting, technical product management, or solutions architecture.
Demonstrated success designing, productizing, and selling managed services in multi-client environments.
Expertise in creating presales documentation, including service briefs, proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses.
Strong understanding of managed services operating models, recurring revenue economics, and service levels.
Experience developing pricing models, scoping standards, and margin analysis for complex services.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders, business users, and C-suite executives.
Experience leading technical discovery, solution workshops, and cross-functional decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or equivalent practical experience.
Understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, CIS, ISO, PCI, or HIPAA.

Co-sell with Account Executives through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and transition to delivery.
Lead technical and operational discovery to define managed services scopes, service levels, and governance models.
Create and maintain managed services offerings, including service briefs, playbooks, and contract language.
Develop pricing calculators, cost models, and margin scenarios for complex services.
Deliver enablement training to sales and technical teams on portfolio offerings.
Engage technology vendors and partners to align capabilities and joint go-to-market plans.
Facilitate effective handoffs between presales and delivery teams to communicate commitments and risks.
