Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a career advisor, coach, or in a related field.
  • Instructional designer experience or Career Coaching Certification (e.g., CPCC, BCC, GCDF, NCDA).
  • Experience translating coaching or advising expertise into written, structured learning content.
  • Familiarity with career development theories, pedagogical frameworks, and skills assessment techniques.
  • Proven experience working in high-growth, fast-paced work environments.
  • Ability to manage and refine multiple curriculum projects simultaneously.
  • Comfort and willingness to learn new technology and work with AI prompts.
  • Ability to articulate curriculum concepts clearly and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with a collaborative peer review process for content.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of new career development content and update 50+ existing topics.
  • Develop and maintain AI prompts using instructional design principles.
  • Collect, prioritize, and incorporate stakeholder feedback into content loops.
  • Support the development of evaluative criteria and benchmarks for high-quality, personalized AI coaching.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Partner Success teams to align content with mission goals.
  • Bring expert knowledge of career advising to guide content strategy and accessibility.
