Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- At least 5 years certified as a BCBA.
- Proven experience leading and designing BT and BCBA training.
- Strong instructional design, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to build effective working relationships across roles and levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel regionally on a recurring basis (approximately every 90 days).
- Located in AZ, CO, ID, FL, GA, NC, NM, NV, TX, or UT.
- Leadership experience working across remote/hybrid with multi-location teams.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Training Support Specialist, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and support.
- Lead Behavior Technician training, including presenting in orientation and running clinical competencies.
- Develop and update BT/RBT training content, orientation materials, and supporting job aids.
- Own new hire and ongoing training data, including completion status and competency tracking.
- Audit training quality across all locations and report metrics to the Head of Clinical Training.
- Travel regionally approximately every 90 days to implement and reinforce training on-site.
