Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in a consulting architect or senior IT leadership role delivering professional services.
- Solid experience deploying Elastic Security or comparable platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, ArcSight, CrowdStrike, Defender).
- Or, minimum 2 years as a Security Analyst or Detection Engineer.
- Deep understanding of the security ecosystem: SOAR, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and ticketing.
- Proficiency in Linux, Windows, and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Scripting experience in Python.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD delivery practices.
- Strong proficiency in English and the local market language.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% for onsite customer engagements.
- Eligibility to obtain national security clearance in the country of employment.
Responsibilities
- Analyse customer goals, threat landscapes, and existing architecture to translate into technical requirements.
- Design Elastic Security architectures (SIEM, endpoint, cloud security) integrated with customer ecosystems.
- Lead hands-on delivery of greenfield deployments and migrations from legacy SIEM/EDR platforms.
- Deploy and secure the Elastic platform, including cluster architecture, RBAC, single sign-on, and private connectivity.
- Architect large-scale data ingestion and establish detection-as-code practices.
- Drive security migrations and feature mapping from competing platforms.
- Communicate and advise C-suite/CISO stakeholders on security strategies.
