Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in security as a Security Engineer, Pentester, or Security consultant.
- Real depth in product and/or infrastructure security.
- Proven experience owning a security roadmap end-to-end.
- Ability to drive security work through engineering teams through technical influence.
- Experience making high-level architectural security decisions.
- Hands-on experience across development, databases, networking, and web.
- Strong technical credibility to engage effectively with engineering teams.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Design security features for the product and strengthen defense-in-depth across the platform.
- Threat model new services and conduct architectural reviews.
- Deliver solutions that balance risk against business benefit.
- Run the assurance program, including internal reviews, red team exercises, and bug bounty programs.
- Manage vulnerabilities from detection through to verified fix.
- Build and improve detection capabilities and response playbooks.
- Lead security investigations into the production environment.
- Set technical direction for secure software development life cycle (SDLC) practices.
