Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Experience with Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
- First principles thinking to break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
- Demonstrated track record of owning projects and delivering tangible impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills for influencing leadership-level stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a direct, feedback-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Define the right business problems and key questions before performing analyses.
- Define metrics, build reports, and surface data insights for core business areas.
- Design and run experiments to drive business unit key metrics.
- Bring actionable recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts.
- Drive outcomes by taking initiatives from data analysis to end-to-end execution.
