Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence leadership-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data tools including SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Metabase.
- First principles thinking: ability to break ambiguous problems into hypotheses before analysis.
- Direct communication style, capable of presenting complex findings to skeptical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Embed within one of Jerry's core business areas (growth, product, AI and automation, strategic partnerships) to own the analytical function end-to-end.
- Understand business questions before analysis to ensure recommendations inform critical decisions.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface insights.
- Drive outcomes by influencing counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Push back on flawed questions to ensure the team focuses on high-impact initiatives.
