Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Expertise in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Experience using data visualization tools like Metabase.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills, with ability to influence leadership.
- Ability to act as a first-principles thinker who breaks down complex problems.
- Experience with Git or version control via GitHub.
- Capability to own a critical business domain independently.
- Capacity to work within specified US states or Ontario, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems by identifying key questions and decision drivers.
- Build and maintain analytical dashboards and reports for business units.
- Define key performance metrics and design experiments to test hypotheses.
- Analyze data to uncover actionable insights for product, growth, and operations teams.
- Translate complex findings into clear, persuasive recommendations for leadership.
- Own execution of strategic initiatives end-to-end beyond just strategy and analysis.
