Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Metabase.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering material impact.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership.
- First principles thinking: ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
- Ability to work effectively with GitHub and Jupyter Hub environments.
- Direct communication style with the ability to manage skeptical stakeholders.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on end-to-end execution.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems, understand core questions, and identify the required decisions.
- Define business metrics and design robust data-gathering experiments.
- Build reports and run analyses to derive actionable data insights.
- Drive outcomes by delivering data-backed recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations teams.
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for a specific business area.
- Influence decision-making at the leadership level.
