Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering experience.
- Proven experience in an early-stage startup environment owning end-to-end outcomes.
- Hands-on depth with AI models and architectural decision-making.
- Experience deploying LLM-based systems into production.
- Practical knowledge of handling production-level AI issues: evals, regressions, latency, cost, and failure-handling.
- Proficiency with TypeScript (Nest.js, React).
- Proficiency with GraphQL.
- Proficiency with AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda).
- Familiarity with LLM models like OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini.
Responsibilities
- Set the technical bar for chatbot systems and architectural scaling.
- Build new automations for record disputes, email reduction, and document validation.
- Evaluate emerging AI technology including voicebots and computer use agents.
- Ship AI features to production from concept to deployment.
- Partner with OpenAI to deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation.
