Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-based systems into production.
- Strong understanding of evals, regressions, latency management, and failure-handling in AI.
- Proficiency in TypeScript (Nest.js, React).
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Experience with AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda).
- Familiarity with LLM models including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini.
- Ability to work independently without needing detailed specifications.
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set the technical bar for chatbot systems and maintain architecture at scale.
- Develop new automations for record disputes and document validation like driver's licenses and proof of insurance.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies such as voicebots and computer-use agents.
- Partner with OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation.
- Solve for latency, cost, and failure-handling in production AI systems.
