Requirements
- Senior-level experience designing static performance ads for paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or Reddit).
- Expert-level Figma proficiency, including auto layout, components, variants, and organized file structures.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple client systems simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing design principles for high click-through rates.
- Ability to work independently with minimal creative direction while catching all execution errors.
- Experience using AI tools as part of a professional production workflow.
- Availability for meaningful overlap with US business hours.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to proactively request brief clarification.
- Portfolio submission containing at least 4 to 6 static performance ad examples.
- Loom video introduction submission required for application.
Responsibilities
- Design full ad batches in Figma from brief through production-ready delivery.
- Produce static assets for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit across required formats.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, adhering strictly to unique brand systems and rules.
- Perform independent QC checks according to client checklists before submitting for review.
- Maintain clean, organized Figma files using naming conventions and components.
- Handle and refine AI-generated assets, rebuilding them if they are not production-ready.
- Update project tracking tools with current status, delivery dates, and review owners.
- Communicate proactively regarding timeline risks and brief clarity.
