Requirements
- Extensive experience building, scaling, and maintaining production-ready design systems.
- Deep understanding of cross-platform constraints (Web, iOS, Android).
- Systems-thinking mindset demonstrating impact on workflows and product scale.
- Familiarity with how developers build and consume components in code repositories.
- Expert Figma proficiency, including auto-layout, variants, variables, and library publication.
- Solid grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Familiarity with component-driven frameworks (React, Flutter).
- Experience with Atomic Design methodology.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills for technical guidelines and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards for visual elements including typography, color, spacing, and layout.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable component libraries for Web, React, Flutter, Android, and iOS.
- Define interactive behaviors and state transitions for intuitive user experiences.
- Manage design tokens to drive consistency between design environments and code.
- Organize complex Figma library architecture, including variants, properties, and components.
- Partner with engineering teams to navigate technical constraints across platforms.
- Create comprehensive documentation and usage guidelines for system governance.
