Requirements
- Proven experience building, scaling, and maintaining production-ready design systems.
- Deep understanding of cross-platform design guidelines for Web, iOS, and Android.
- Expert Figma proficiency including auto-layout, variants, variables, and library management.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
- Familiarity with component-driven frameworks such as React and Flutter.
- Knowledge of Atomic Design methodology.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset to optimize design and engineer workflows.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards for visual elements including layout, typography, and spacing.
- Design and maintain robust, scalable component libraries for multiple products.
- Define interactive behaviors and motion design for components.
- Structure and manage design tokens to ensure consistency between design and code.
- Organize complex Figma libraries, variants, and properties.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to navigate technical constraints across Web, React, Flutter, Android, and iOS.
- Create comprehensive documentation and usage guidelines for design systems.
