Requirements
- Extensive experience building, scaling, and maintaining production-ready design systems.
- Deep understanding of multi-platform constraints and guidelines for Web, iOS, and Android.
- Systems-thinking mindset with a portfolio demonstrating impact on product scaling and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with how developers inspect and consume components in code repositories.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including libraries, auto-layout, variants, variables, and library publication.
- Strong grasp of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Familiarity with component-driven frameworks like React and Flutter.
- Knowledge of Atomic Design methodology.
- Strong writing and presentation skills for technical documentation and executive communication.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard for visual elements including typography, spacing, and layout across reusable components.
- Design, build, and maintain robust component libraries such as buttons, inputs, and navigation.
- Define interactive behaviors and state transitions to ensure intuitive component experiences.
- Structure and manage design tokens to ensure consistency between design environments and code.
- Organize Figma library architecture to support efficient product design workflows.
- Partner with engineering teams to align designs with technical constraints across Web, React, Flutter, Android, and iOS environments.
- Create clear documentation and usage guidelines for the design system components.
