Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design.
- Strong track record of creating, scaling, and evolving design systems.
- Proven ability to define strategy and drive execution for a design system.
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end product features.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and systems thinking.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Experience with component-based architecture is a significant plus.
- Passion for emerging technology and application of AI in the design process.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and guide teams through change.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex design concepts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the strategy, roadmap, and development for the design system.
- Integrate AI tooling, skills, and agents into the design system and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Forge collaborative workflows between design and front-end engineering teams.
- Design, build, and maintain a library of reusable components using atomic design principles.
- Advocate for design system adoption and provide training and support across the organization.
- Participate in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including research, wireframing, and prototyping.
