Requirements
- Proven track record designing and shipping B2B enterprise software such as admin consoles or reporting tools.
- Experience taking products from 0 to 1 with little existing structure.
- Comfort in ambiguity and ability to shape new processes.
- AI native experience including context engineering, MCP, and generative design tools.
- Experience designing for multiple stakeholders in a single product.
- Strong systems mindset with experience building or extending design systems.
- Confidence handling complex enterprise requirements like integrations, permissions, and compliance.
- Ability to collaborate with sales and customer success teams to translate buyer needs.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Design the Enterprise customer platform end to end including integrations, reporting, and admin workflows.
- Conduct deep customer research with HR directors, L&D managers, and procurement teams.
- Design tailored workflows for diverse users like L&D managers and Global HR directors.
- Extend the shared design system with patterns required for data-heavy enterprise admin products.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ship an MVP and iterate toward a competitive product.
- Own Enterprise KPIs related to dashboard adoption, admin engagement, and renewal metrics.
- Integrate security and compliance requirements like SSO, GDPR, and accessibility into the design process.
- Mentor other product designers as the team scales.
