Requirements
- Fluency in qualitative user research, including concept testing, usability testing, and workflow validation.
- Strong experience leading product design with a prototype-first mindset.
- Design systems thinking with the ability to translate learnings into scalable patterns.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
- Proven collaborative leadership style with experience coaching product, marketing, and external teams.
- Cross-platform design experience covering web and desktop surfaces.
- Ability to manage multiple iterations to move releases forward efficiently.
- Portfolio required with detailed insights into design process, challenges, and results.
- Written managerial philosophy and key leadership achievements required.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the user research practice with a focus on prototype-driven testing.
- Utilize AI-assisted prototyping to validate assumptions and explore ideas quickly.
- Define and evolve product design philosophy and principles.
- Build, scale, and maintain a design system to enable team velocity.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of product designers in research-led workflows.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure learning velocity drives the product roadmap.
