Requirements
- Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces, such as admin dashboards, governance layers, or analytics platforms.
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, developer hub patterns, and understanding of how backend systems shape UX.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities, focusing on mental models, multi-step workflows, and enterprise-scale constraints.
- Ability to turn ambiguous, fast-moving problem spaces into clear strategic direction.
- Experience designing workflows where user control, trust, and transparency are central.
- Excellent communication skills for design reviews and cross-functional decision-making.
- Ability to leverage user feedback to ensure product alignment with enterprise needs regarding quality, compliance, and scale.
- Ability to read and interpret technical architecture documentation.
Responsibilities
- Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
- Design complex governance and compliance systems including permission models, role hierarchies, and audit log experiences.
- Develop identity workflows and workspace setup that integrate with enterprise infrastructure such as SSO, SCIM, and MCP.
- Create analytics and reporting tools for administrators to manage deployments and usage.
- Manage license and billing models suitable for enterprise scale.
- Partner with engineering to understand technical constraints, APIs, and widget architectures to inform design decisions.
- Set a coherent design vision across enterprise surfaces and influence adjacent product areas.
