Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of experience designing for large-scale and high-visibility websites or digital products.
- Strong background in digital design and marketing.
- Hybrid skill set combining visual design and UX expertise.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience designing across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
- Experience presenting ideas and design solutions to senior leadership.
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative design environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A strong portfolio showcasing clean, thoughtful, and inspiring design work.
- Advanced English Level is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver designs from initial concepts and wireframes to pixel-perfect final designs across web and mobile.
- Lead and participate in creative brainstorming sessions, shaping the direction of digital experiences.
- Champion mobile-first, user-centered design principles.
- Contribute to and help evolve a best-in-class design system.
- Present design concepts and clearly articulate design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented with seamless fit and finish.
- Create interactive prototypes and micro-animations to communicate design intent.
- Work with the research team to understand user needs and validate design decisions.
- Design experiences for global audiences considering localization and translation needs.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to elevating overall design quality.
