Requirements
- 2+ years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX problem-solving, and user-centered design.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with receptiveness to feedback and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform design decisions.
- Translate research insights into personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture.
- Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI component libraries.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Run A/B tests to optimize layouts, navigation, and user flows.
- Deliver developer-ready designs with clear interaction specifications.
