Requirements

  • 8+ years in product marketing, primarily in enterprise or complex B2B settings.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling a team.
  • Proven track record of owning GTM/GTC strategy for a broad product line or platform.
  • Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience shaping pricing and packaging decisions using market and customer input.
  • Experience conducting sales enablement and training programs.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise software architecture, APIs, and data integrations.
  • AI-native mindset with a track record of using AI to displace manual processes.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting to executives and customers.
  • Analytical ability to translate customer insight into actionable GTM strategy.
  • Data-driven focus with the ability to measure impact on pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Set positioning, personas, and messaging for enterprise segments.
  • Collaborate with Product leadership to influence the product roadmap and long-term strategy.
  • Execute end-to-end product launches for the enterprise segment.
  • Contribute to pricing and packaging strategy based on customer insights and market dynamics.
  • Coordinate with Demand Gen, Field Marketing, and Content teams to drive enterprise pipeline.
  • Develop sales tools including pitch decks, ROI business cases, and competitive battlecards.
  • Build and scale the Enterprise Product Marketing team.
  • Represent enterprise product strategy externally at industry events and with analysts.
  • Monitor performance metrics including pipeline influence, win rate, and sales cycle length.
