Requirements

  • Six years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Prior experience with Charge Master, EAP, and coding.
  • Experience in physician and hospital operations, compliance, and provider relations.
  • Ability to work independently and lead meetings.
  • Proficiency in analyzing charge capture data and performing revenue monitoring.
  • Willingness to travel to client or corporate office locations as needed.
  • Ability to work with AI and innovative tools to improve processes.
  • CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire.
  • Certifications in patient access or patient accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and deliver data-driven results to support client assessments and performance goals.
  • Perform routine audits and collaborate with internal and external customers on key decisions.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to CDM Analysts regarding processes, maintenance, and status of chargemaster updates.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary groups to monitor and enhance hospital net revenue through chargemaster management.
  • Manage quarterly and yearly updates to ensure compliance with charging and coding protocols.
  • Perform monthly chargemaster maintenance and oversee system build validation.
