Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience).
- Six years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Prior experience with Charge Master, EAP, and coding.
- Experience in physician and hospital operations, compliance, and provider relations.
- Ability to work independently and lead meetings.
- Proficiency in analyzing charge capture data and performing revenue monitoring.
- Willingness to travel to client or corporate office locations as needed.
- Ability to work with AI and innovative tools to improve processes.
- CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire.
- Certifications in patient access or patient accounting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and deliver data-driven results to support client assessments and performance goals.
- Perform routine audits and collaborate with internal and external customers on key decisions.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to CDM Analysts regarding processes, maintenance, and status of chargemaster updates.
- Lead multi-disciplinary groups to monitor and enhance hospital net revenue through chargemaster management.
- Manage quarterly and yearly updates to ensure compliance with charging and coding protocols.
- Perform monthly chargemaster maintenance and oversee system build validation.
