Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven time management skills.
- Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience.
- Experience selling in a matrixed environment.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel 50-75% overnight for territory coverage and company meetings.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive rapid revenue growth and market share expansion across the territory.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Applications counterparts to achieve performance targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Achieve annual product sales goals through coordination with the local assigned team.
- Maintain accurate and timely opportunity and customer data in Salesforce.
- Deliver sales and support services, including coordinating product demos, installations, and customer training.
- Work with prospective and current customers to increase company influence and presence.
- Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies using Strategic Selling tools.
- Utilize internal tools such as DOMO, Showpad, and Territory Business Reviews.
