Responsibilities
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Master product knowledge and technical services to assess client requirements.
- Initiate steps to address customer concerns or roadblocks.
- Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain or win customers.
- Manage a high volume of daily customer contacts through phone and email.
- Maintain the customer management system (CRM) for data accuracy.
- Undertake sales motions including lead qualification, lead conversion, and contract renewal.
