Senior CRM System Administrator

Manage, configure, and maintain CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce).
Implement workflows, custom fields, integrations, and data hygiene processes.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize CRM usability and performance.
Oversee system infrastructure related to CRM and other business software tools.
Monitor performance and ensure system reliability and security.
Track and report key SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, and customer engagement.
Develop dashboards and regular reports to provide visibility into performance and growth.
Partner with Finance and Executive teams to align metrics and reporting with business goals.
Provide training and documentation to end-users as needed.

We use WordPress, Content Delivery Network, and Google Analytics 4. You will solve challenges related to data hygiene, system reliability, and secure information exchange. Our focus is on scalable and efficient solutions that serve a global user base.
